Terms and conditions
Due to our heat experiences we only allow over 18's in the spa for Health and Safety, ID may be asked to be seen on arrival.
To avoid delays on arrival, please arrive 15 minutes before your booking. Late arrival will result in missed treatment or spa time. Please complete your health questionnaire before arrival.
On arrival we will provide a locker, robe and a towel. As of the 21st October 2024 to help us reduce our enviromental foot print we ask all guests to bring their own flip flops if they wish to use them in the spa alternativley we do have them for sale at spa reception. We do ask that you are fully dressed to go for afternoon tea in the hotel. If Lunch is in the Mizu you are welcome to go in your robes.
Payment and Cancellation Policy- Due To High Demand of the Spa
All payments are non-refundable. Our cancellation policy is 7 days prior to your appointment; Anything cancelled more than 7 days in before your appointment is given as a credit note to use in the spa within 6 months of the original booking date. Any cancellations less than 7 days prior to your appointment will incur 100% cancellation fees.
