The eforea spa is a place like no other - set within Utilita Bowl, home of Hampshire Cricket and Hilton at Utilita Bowl. The spa offers a multitude of thermal experiences and luxurious journeys - including light & dark steam rooms, a bio sauna, a hydrotherapy pool and an outside spa terrace with jacuzzi - ensuring you emerge brighter, refreshed and re-connected.
Eforea spa offers an array of journeys, eight treatment rooms, overnight and day breaks and ELEMIS products. There's also a Spa Cafe, Nail Spa & Salon and Fitness Suite.
The venue is also home to the Hampshire Wellbeing Centre, which offers a vast range of services and treats professional athletes as well as the general public.
