Boringdon Hall’s new ‘Midweek Mini’ retreat is a one-night Thursday stay designed as a short reset. CONTRAST THERAPY RETREATS AT PENNYHILL PARK

Hot-cold immersion continues its rise with new contrast therapy retreats at The Spa at Pennyhill Park. Sessions combine sauna, cold plunge and ice igloo with guided breathwork to support circulation and nervous system regulation. A 55-minute signature treatment uses Cryospheres alongside warming massage to boost blood flow and ease muscular tension. Each retreat includes tailored spa treatments and lunch, with guidance from contrast specialist David ‘Jacko’ Jackson.
PRIVATE SPA HIRE LAUNCHES AT BEDFORD LODGE HOTEL

Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa now offers exclusive use of its facilities for evening bookings. The 3.5-hour package runs from 5:30pm to 9pm, with full access to facilities for up to 15 guests (from £2,750), extendable to 25. Designed for small groups or events, the experience includes grazing platters and a glass of Billecart-Salmon Champagne per guest. No minimum numbers required either, making it workable for both intimate groups and larger celebrations.
AYUSH WELLNESS RETREATS EXPAND IN JERSEY

Jersey’s Hotel de France has introduced a flexible Ayush Wellness Retreat package for group bookings. The format includes accommodation, meals, studio use and Ayurvedic workshops, with optional treatments and coastal activities. The Ayush Wellness Spa features hydrotherapy pools, plunge pools, a sauna and treatment suites. Programmes can be tailored with input from an in-house Ayurveda physician, making it suitable for yoga, corporate wellbeing or holistic-focused retreats.
AMRA RESIDENCY AT ST. REGIS RED SEA

Luxury skincare brand AMRA will host a five-day residency at St. Regis Red Sea Resort from 27–31 May. Treatments include Cryo Sculpt and Diamond Digital Detox facials, using formulations incorporating materials such as gold and diamond. The resort, located on a private island, offers beachfront and overwater villas alongside a spa with plunge pools and yoga spaces. Additional activities include guided nature experiences and low-impact outdoor rituals.
GAIA EXPANDS MENOPAUSE-FOCUSED TREATMENT

GAIA Skincare is rolling out its MenoPAUSE treatment nationwide, supported by an online training programme for spa partners. The treatment combines massage, cooling jade facial techniques and reflexology-inspired elements to address common menopause symptoms. Available in 60- and 90-minute formats, it focuses on sleep, temperature regulation and stress. Digital training removes the need for in-person education, allowing spas to easily integrate the treatment into their spa menus.
SELF-CARE ROOM SERVICE ARRIVES AT HYDE LONDON CITY

Hyde London City has partnered with Lookfantastic
to introduce in-room beauty and wellness sessions. Priced at £50, options include essentials kits, sleep-focused sets and rotating product selections. The concept reframes traditional room service with a focus on convenience and wellbeing, aimed at urban travellers. Products are delivered directly to rooms so you can spa without having to traipse around the hotel in your robe.
NEW TREATMENT MENU AT GAINSBOROUGH BATH SPA

Gainsborough Bath Spa has updated its treatment offering with a focus on combining thermal spa traditions and modern techniques. New additions include a water-based massage using heated cushions, a copper and quartz body treatment and an LED-supported facial using Omorovicza
products. A mineral mud back treatment and foot-focused rituals round out the menu. Shorter 25-minute add-ons allow guests to extend treatments without committing to longer sessions.
MEDITERRANEAN-INSPIRED RITUAL AT THE MIDLAND

Rena Spa at The Midland has introduced a 90-minute ‘Soul of the Mediterranean’ treatment (from £135). The experience starts with a full-body olive exfoliation followed by a hydrating body wrap. A sea-sound instrument is used throughout to create rhythmic background audio designed to mirror ocean waves. The treatment focuses on skin conditioning and relaxation, resulting in softer skin and a slower state of mind.
TURKISH BATHS HARROGATE LAUNCHES SKINCARE RANGE

Turkish Baths Harrogate has created a tangible piece of Victorian history through its Heritage-Inspired Signature Skincare Collection. Packaged in regal greens and chocolates – with gold lids and detailing – the range includes a body wash (200ml, £18), body lotion (200ml, £20), soap-infused buffer (85g, £14), soap bar (200ml, £10) and body scrub (300g £25). Rich ingredients include coconut oil, Oud, Gardenia, Argan Oil, Vitamin E, Eucalyptus, Jasmine and Cedarwood and Witch Hazel extract.
NEW LUXURY SUITES DEBUT AT CARDEN PARK

Carden Park has introduced four new luxury suites, marking the final stage of a £6.5 million hotel-wide refurbishment. Designed by Palm Interiors, the suites feature open-plan layouts, separate sleeping areas, dressing spaces and large bathrooms. Interiors use natural materials, neutral tones and stone finishes, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the estate. Guests receive added in-room extras including a stocked minibar, Nespresso coffee, fruit and welcome treats as part of the upgrade.
ELEMENTAL HERBOLOGY BRINGS BACK ITS HYALURONIC BOOSTER SERUM

Elemental Herbology has relaunched its Hyaluronic Booster Serum (£60) as part of its Water range, returning to its original packaging to reduce waste. The formula focuses on immediate hydration, supporting the skin barrier and softening fine lines. Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and five-element theory, the range is designed for both treatment and retail use.
