Reservations may be cancelled or amended by 12 noon 72 hours prior to arrival without charge. Any cancellations or amendments made after this time are subject to 100% fixed cancellation charge paid as compensation for loss suffered. This will be charged to the credit card provided at time of booking. You must be over 16 years of age to use the Spa. Users aged 16 & 17 must be accompanied by an Adult at all times while using the Spa. Treatments can only be carried out on adults aged 18 years and over.
