An urban oasis in the heart of St Albans - the Verulamium Spa is based at the Westminster Lodge Leisure Centre and offers luxury spa treatments from Environ and Caudalie – such as the new Caudalie Resveratrol Lift Facial created with Dr David Sinclair from Harvard University. The spa also offers a wide range of beauty services – including Jessica manicures and pedicures.
There are 5 luxurious treatment rooms, including a couple’s suite, but the highlight is the beautiful Roman-esque heat and water oasis – including an aroma steam room, hydra spa pool, Kelo sauna, Laconium, Tepidarium and Caldarium. You can chill out in the relaxation area and sun terrace.
