The Spa at InterContinental London – The O2 offers a luxurious and holistic approach to wellbeing, with state-of-the-art facilities, acclaimed treatments and a team of professionals who deliver them.
The Spa entails eight dedicated treatment rooms, allowing you to escape to a sense of bliss and offers a tranquil, calming environment where time slows and your stress fades away. Hotel guests and relaxation seekers alike are welcome to relax the mind, pamper the body and renew the spirit.
Drawing its aesthetics from its location in Greenwich, featuring bespoke mosaic tiles, sumptuous rugs, delicate die-cut pendant lightings and other exotic materials, all of which are inspired by the area’s rich maritime trading history.
The Spa offers an array of innovative massage and beauty treatments featuring Espa and Skin Regimen spa products.
A pre and post-treatment relaxation lounge is available for Spa guests, complemented with access to our Thermal Suite, including a sauna, steam room, relaxation pool and 17m indoor swimming pool.
InterContinental London – The O2 features a vibrant mix of dining destinations, inspired by the rich history of the local area. Whilst they are not attached to The Spa, guests are welcome to dine pre or post treatment at any of the hotel outlets:
Meridian Lounge – The bright and airy lounge serves light lunches and afternoon tea, complimented by a fine selection of teas and speciality coffees.
Peninsula Restaurant – Michelin-Guide and 3 AA Rosette winning restaurant serves up modern European cuisine. A carefully select wine list and dramatic views of Canary Wharf and the River Thames compliment the overall experience.
Market Brasserie – Relaxed eatery serving up the finest seasonal produce, rich in provenance from an open plan theatre style kitchen.
Clipper bar – A unique maritime inspired space featuring 270 degree window views of the River Thames with an extensive rum and gin selection, featuring it’s speciality Clipper Gin.
Eighteen Sky Bar – the aptly named bar is located on the top floor of the hotel, featuring stunning views and a cocktail list to match.

North Greenwich Station is the closest station (around 5 minutes walk), also hotel shuttle service is available.
