The menu includes massages and facials alongside deeply-relaxing rituals such as “Lessen Your Stress” or their “Copper Room” which is a soak in their stunning copper bath with a glass of fizz followed by a 60-minute side-by-side treatment.
The bar offers cocktails and dining: the chefs source the best seasonal ingredients local lands have to offer and use their incredible flavours to conjure the unforgettable deliciousness of great British escapes in food, perfectly suited to a cosy dinner or a snack with cocktails.
36 bedrooms are found throughout the main townhouse buildings and the separate Coach House. No two rooms are the same, but they all shine with playful British quality and authentic Georgian grace.

A 15-minute walk from the station across Pulteney Bridge. For hotel guests there is a private car park just behind the hotel. This is charged at £25 per night and has limited space, recommended to reserve a spot when you book. Day guests not staying in the hotel, there is a public car park a 10-minute walk away called The Podium Car Park.
There are three accessible (single) treatment rooms. There is a disabled bathroom on a separate floor with lift access. Both couples’ rooms, including the Copper Room are both accessed by a staircase, so not wheelchair friendly.
