The Odyssey Spa

The only Elemis Spa in the Hertfordshire area, it has twelve treatment rooms, a beautiful star light relaxation suite, plus a pool, sauna & steam room. Book in for the exclusive Rose Spa Ritual: a hydrating back massage followed by a facial infused with a precious trio of rose extracts and Padina Pavonica to smooth fine lines and leave the skin glowing.

Dining

The Walnut Tree Restaurant serves food, 6 days a week from 7:30am to 2:30pm, and both breakfast and lunch menus centre on the very best produce from around the county, picking the best of what is in season.

They can cater for a host of dietary needs.   Gluten and dairy free options are available and the menu is well beyond the standard you expect from a health club or spa.

The Walnut Tree Restaurant is comfortable with plenty of seating to drink and dine, catch up with friends, read the daily newspapers, or perhaps relax after a tough workout – all in an adults-only surrounding.
