The Natural Health Spa is located within the beautiful surroundings of the 4-star Budock Vean Hotel, situated on 65 acres of peaceful gardens and woodlands overlooking the serene Helford River in South Cornwall.
The spa was the first in the UK to offer bespoke body massages using CBD oil for a truly relaxing, rejuvenating, invigorating and lifting massage treatment.
For a complete sense of wellbeing, make sure you explore the hotel grounds; indulge in a sightseeing boat tour, paddleboard, or kayak from the hotel's private foreshore.

"What a fabulous day . The staff were fantastic and the food was gorgeous. We booked for a family spa day, my therapist was Poppy she was amazing and I walked out of my treatment feeling like I’d had the best sleep of my life , I felt so relaxed and my skin felt incredible. Special thanks to James who looked after us his customer service was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble . The crab sandwiches were some of the best I’ve ever tasted , the mocktails were yummy. I would highly recommend the Spa , hotel and it’s wonderful staff . I didn’t want to leave . Great value for money too."

Spa day packages include a light lunch. The Budock Vean Hotel offers a full lunch menu between 12 noon and 2pm, afternoon tea between 3pm and 5pm, plus a full 4 course evening dinner menu or bar menu each night.
