Set within the Northamptonshire countryside, the Living Well Spa at Homefield Grange is designed for those seeking rest and renewal. You'll find naturopath-led treatments and advanced therapies on the menu.Â
The chlorine-free infinity-edge hydrotherapy pool takes centre stage with its therapeutic massage jets. Toast in the herbal sauna, infra-red bench and Himalayan salt steam room, before cooling off at the ice fountain. Post-treatment, you can relax on the water beds or calm the nervous system on the magnetic loungers.Â
Beyond the spa, the garden sanctuary brings contrast therapy into nature, with a traditional Kneipp walk and an ice-cold spring water plunge, as well as an outdoor hot tub with open countryside views. Settle down with a herbal tea by the fire in the relaxation lounge, or feast on plant-based food from the Homefield Health kitchen.
Plant-based lunches, (shared bistro style tables), guests can eat in their robes, included herbal teas, sparkling, still mineral water available at no charge.
16 bedrooms, all individually styled, double, singles and twins.
Every day, spa open 9am to 5pm for day guests, until 7.30pm for residents.
