Explore 20 thermal experiences, including saunas, steam rooms, a cold plunge, foot spas, heated cabanas and a giant hot tub with a tubside bar. Six immersive thermal rituals take things even further, with most hosted by Thermal Masters, bringing heat, scent, sound and atmosphere into the experience.
Every FFOLKESPA package includes access to all 20 thermal experiences and thermal rituals, plus unlimited gelato, pick ’n’ mix and hot drinks. Choose a Spa Day with Spa Only, a treatment or Ffolkes FEAST, or stay the night in one of 24 bold and funky rooms.

FFOLKESPA is part of Ffolkes, a colourful, character-filled pub with bold bedrooms, rotating street food, and a playful spirit that runs through everything we do. Food is part of the full experience, served in the pub.
Here’s what to expect:
-Unlimited Brunch FEAST served every morning until 12pm, included with Spa Stays
-Afternoon ‘Street’ Tea from Monday to Saturday, 1-5pm, a playful mix of sweet and savoury, available with certain spa sessions or as an add-on to Spa Stays.
-Evening Street Food every night, with a rotating line-up of resident traders, from Tex-Mex to Asian fusion, included with certain spa sessions.
Dining always takes place in the pub, not in robes.
There are 24 rooms at Ffolkes, including 18 Spa Rooms with FFOLKESPA access. Of those, 12 are just steps from the spa, offering direct access.
Six Coaching Rooms sit above the pub and can include spa access for £55 per person, per night.
Bold colours, quirky details and Ffolkes-style fun run throughout, including the Cinema Spa Loft with its bathtub cinema set up: two bathtubs and a Smart TV for full Netflix ‘n’ Soak vibes, and Courtyard Spa Rooms with outdoor baths and dartboards for a little friendly competition.

Yes, we have plenty of free parking on site, plus six electric vehicle charging points.
If you’re not driving, the nearest train station is King’s Lynn, around 20 minutes away by car or taxi. King’s Lynn has direct train links to London King’s Cross, Cambridge and Ely. There’s also a bus stop right outside Ffolkes, with regular services running between King’s Lynn and Fakenham.
Most of FFOLKESPA is on one level, including the entrance and all thermal areas, making it easy for many guests to move around. There are, however, a few areas to be aware of before your visit.
Some of our experiences require steps, including the giant hot tub, the hot tubs and hydro tub in Coastal, and the pier in Coastal. There are also sloped walkways between some areas, including the route from the Ibiza area to the saunas.
We have treatment rooms on the ground floor, although some treatment rooms are located upstairs. Our pre- and post-treatment lounges are also upstairs and can only be accessed via stairs.
We do not have a lift or a pool hoist available.
For guests who require it, we have an accessible changing area within the spa, separate from the main changing rooms.
