Opened in 2018 this peaceful rural spa makes the most of the surrounding countryside through the use of local materials and floor to ceiling windows showcasing views of the Somerset levels. Resist the temptation to explore the stunning surrounds and head to the spa to sample the outdoor heated panoramic plunge pool, sauna, and steam room. Treatments are by Aromatherapy Associates, Gaia, Made for Life and Shellac.
The Levels Country Kitchen serves soups, salads, sandwiches and quiches as well as coffees, teas and soft drinks at lunchtime.
If you're staying overnight, head to the Geroge Inn, a traditional country pub, serving proper pub grub.
