The Spa at Pennyhill Park has been redesigned! The outside area of this 45,000 square foot spa now includes a new fire pit, barbecue, screens and a pool bar, to name but a few of the additions to the existing outdoor pools and hot tubs.

Designed by Neil Fairplay - whose previous spa clients include Calcot Spa and Carita – the spa also includes an English-themed surrounding garden, with herbs that will be used in seasonal dishes for the menu in their Themis restaurant.

Pennyhill Park is just 40 minutes from central London, has a two Michelin star restaurant, and offers complimentary spa entry for residential guests, making it the perfect place for a luxury winter break.

To celebrate the refurbishments, a new Sunday spa package has been created entitled "Dream on Spa & Fitness". This spa package includes bed and breakfast, use of the spa, a one-hour treatment of your choice, or a session with a personal trainer – available from £420 based on two people sharing. And just for October, the day rate for guests has been dropped to £145 instead of the usual £180!

The spa facilities include 21 treatment rooms, eight ozone treated pools (no chlorine to hurt your eyes), and one of the most advanced thermal experiences in the UK, with herbal saunas, an aromatic laconium, tepidarium, ice cave, and an intriguing schnapps steam room. Set in 123 acres of grounds, with a 9-hole golf course, tennis, archery, walking trails, and a rugby pitch used by the England Rugby Team, this adult-only destination spa definitely has something for everybody.

Good food; friendly therapists; decent music to listen to during a treatment; therapists who understand that exams make you feel really stressed.

Robes that are too big for people who are only five foot tall; swimming pools with no room to swim; too much healthy food.
