Using award-winning, Mediterranean-inspired TempleSpa products, our treatments range from hot-stone and aromatherapy massages to indulgent face and body rituals, with more unusual choices including the warming wave-stone Stress Not massage and Champagne & Truffles facial. 81 bedrooms between the main hotel and accompanying Connaught Lodge. All rooms within the main hotel have been recently refurbished with modern interiors, calming coastal colours and full amenities, ranging from single rooms to stunning suites.

A lift provides access to the spa, although some corridors and doorways may not be suitable for all wheelchair users. The spa facilities are all on one level, but some areas may have limited accessibility depending on individual needs.

There are 66 on-site parking spaces, including three accessible spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Free residential parking is also available on the surrounding roads, with West Hill Long Stay Car Park and Winter Garden Long Stay Car Park both within a short walk. An EV charging point is available.
