Floor-to-ceiling glass allows natural light to flood the eco-friendly building which houses a sauna, steam room and Cryo chamber. You’ll find a wellness dome, natural swimming pond and Finnish sauna outside.
The Communal Dining Area is where Miguel Gouveia and his team will prepare, and show you how to create vibrant, wholesome, and calorie-controlled plant-based meals.
The Glass House offer a pure detox and wellbeing experience. No junk food—just seasonal fruits, vegetables, nuts, and grains—local, fresh, and delivered daily.
The plant-based diets and juices are rich in vitamins and minerals, high in fibre, healthy, and largely unprocessed. They’re what your body craves.
