The Gainsborough Health Club and Spa is set in the heart of Suffolk countryside. Enjoy countryside views from inside the 15th Century barn; floor-to-ceiling windows fill the pool and Jacuzzi area with natural light. Try the sauna, aromatherapy steam room or serail chamber. The spa menu includes Babor face and body treatments, nails by Jessica and a range of treatments for men and mums-to-be.
Salads, sandwiches, baguettes & ploughmans are available from local caterers. Must be pre-booked 48 hours before arrival. Afternoon Tea Package also available.
None available however there are Spa & Stay packages with a local Bed & Breakfast.

Saturday - Sunday 9am-6pm
The Gainsborough Health Club & Spa is located on the A1092 between the picturesque villages of Cavendish and Clare, close to Sudbury, Lavenham and Long Melford on the rural Suffolk / Essex border.
Large & free car parking with disabled spaces are available right outside main reception.
The whole Health Club & Spa is all on one level. Very easy access with disabled changing rooms.
