Laguna Health and Spa is situated within the Park Plaza Hotel in Cardiff. Taking inspiration from all around the world, such as Bali, Tibet, Japan, Morocco and Thailand, the spa offers an extensive menu of ESPA treatments from full body massages and hot stones to facials and beauty treatments. Day spa packages include a light lunch in the spa dining room, and use of the relaxation lounge. You can also enjoy a 20 metre UV-filtered stainless steel swimming pool, a spa bath, and steam room.
The Laguna Kitchen and Bar restaurant offers afternoon teas and a Chef's Table Menu for dinner. Lunches are served in the Bar from 12pm.
