The Alchemist Spa offers an array of spa and holistic treatments from three British brands Temple Spa, Gaia and Natural Spa Factory; facilities include a sauna, steam room, indoor pool, plunge pool, a hot tub, rasul and copper ritual bath. Don't miss a dip in the Bay Lido; hidden by wind-breaking walls, this tranquil spot has a large heated outdoor pool and cabana-style seating. Just off the beach, this coastal dining den is home to exquisite seasonal flavours and a lovely atmosphere. Handcrafted brasserie-style menus are packed with gastro delights, showcasing the finest flavours from the West Country’s larder.
The hotel has 64 bedrooms and suites, plus access to 30 beachside self-catering homes. Bedrooms are boutique in design, with many offering sea views. Family bedrooms and luxury suites are available. Watch the sunrise from bed, the waves crash from the tub, and the sunset from the balcony. It’s all possible!
Open every day between 10am-7pm, with additional access to thermal and pool facilities for guests staying at the hotel.
There are public buses throughout the day as well as a private beachside car park onsite.
