The exhilarating thermal experience promises to boost your adrenalin and stimulate feelings of wellbeing, alertness and euphoria. The key element of the whole experience is the Parenie ritual – an invigorating thermal massage treatment involving bunches of birch, oak and eucalyptus leaves, followed by an icy-cold plunge.
The spa experience is based on an age-old wellness ritual that has been practised in Northern Europe for many centuries – the thermal cycle of hot, cold, rest and repeat. It improves the immune system and helps to relieve stress.
Scrubs, body wraps, masks and traditional massages are all performed using strictly natural ingredients.
Banya No.1 – Hoxton features the Public Banya (perfect for small groups and solo visits) and our Private Spa Suite, Taiga, which can accommodate up to 10 people and is ideal for parties and special occasions.

Spa guests can relax in the comfortable private booths in the lounge cafe in between treatments and visits to the steam room. The menu offers Nordic and Eastern European traditional delicacies and a variety of healthy drinks that help guests maintain the hydration and electrolyte balance while they rest.
