Accommodation

The Swan at Lavenham Hotel & Spa has been a firm favourite for many passers-by since the fifteenth century. The historic hotel has 47 bedrooms over both ground floor and upper; get ready to be lost in a rabbits warren of charm, wonky floors, and low beams. There’s also an additional option for some luxe self-catering at The Dairy

Accessibility

The ground floor changing rooms, shared or individual, make access easy through the back car park with a path leading to the spa. There’s also a lift to the first floor of the spa - where the magic happens.

Travel and Parking

If you are staying at the hotel there are two car parks, one at the rear of the hotel and the other is off Hall Road directly opposite the spa. The latter is barrier controlled and you will need a code. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the car park code ahead of time.

Lavenham is nestled between Sudbury and Bury St Edmunds – therefore dependant on where you are hailing from, you can access Lavenham from either train station. You would need to take a taxi to Lavenham from either station. It is advised to book all transport in advance – as you’re in the countryside now!
