1907 restaurant has two AA Rosettes and serves modern and contemporary British food, so whether you’re looking to wine and dine with loved ones, spend the evening sipping cocktails, or enjoy an indulgent afternoon tea on the terrace, the 1920s-inspired bar and restaurant promises an unforgettable dining experience. Brooklands Hotel is also home to VETRO pasta & pizza, which is located within the 1907 glasshouse. VETRO offers a relaxed setting to enjoy authentic Italian dining with hand crafted pizzas and freshly prepared pasta all made with quality ingredients.
