Located in the heart of the historic city of York, The Grand Hotel's spa is found in the hotel's atmospheric vaults where the North Eastern Railway company once stowed its millions. Now a tranquil city centre getaway, the only evidence of the spa's past life is the thick vault doors which now make ideal soundproofing! The spa offers an abundance of indulgent spa treatments, from advanced facials, soothing body wraps, holistic massage, and pre-natal treatments, to manicures and pedicures. The menu also includes tailored treatments for men and under 16's, the perfect place for everyone to enjoy simply spa.
The Grand’s 2 AA rosette restaurant, Hudson’s, offers fine dining for lunch, dinner or afternoon tea.
The Grand has 107 guest rooms ranging from the Classic Room to the Penthouse Suite.
