Unique in Chichester, the subterranean HarSPA features a steam room, a relaxing hydrotherapy pool, a small gym and four treatments rooms.

To complement Harbour Hotel’s own exclusive HarSPA product range, HarSPA have partnered with leading luxury spa brand ESPA to bring you only the highest quality spa treatments administered by specially-trained therapists.

ESPA and HarSPA both combine holistic therapies with modern-day techniques to create unique treatments, using only the purest natural ingredients. The result: beautiful skin, relaxed muscles and a renewed sense of inner calm.

The spa also offer exclusive use packages for those looking for the ultimate in indulgence or romance.

Covid-19 Protocols

  • Treatment rooms, equipment and instruments will be disinfected and sterilised between client appointments and there will be regular cleaning of shared surfaces, changing rooms and our public spaces throughout the day.
  • All treatments must be pre-booked. You will be sent a pre-arrival email detailing all you need to know before arriving at HarSPA. We will be accepting credit and debit cards only.
  • Therapists have received further health and safety and will wear the appropriate PPE when carrying out your treatment.
  • Before your visit, it is recommended guests arrive ‘spa ready’ with swimwear on underneath clothes to limit the time spent in changing facilities.

HarSPA serves light cold nibbles and a selection of cold beverages.

1 restaurant onsite - The Ship

A stylish seafood bar & grill serving simple, fresh seafood alongside thick-cut, dry-aged steaks and indulgent desserts. Headed up by multi-award-winning Chef Patron Alex Aitken, the menus showcase regional flavours, using local produce and seasonal ingredients.

The restaurant also serves a traditional full afternoon tea, featuring freshly baked cakes, scones with homemade jam and clotted cream, and freshly prepared sandwiches. Served with a selection of teas or coffees – or even a glass of fizz.

Guests should change out of robes before heading to dine.

Travel and Parking

Onsite car parking is available, but is limited and subject to availability on the day. These are nearby pay and display car parks available within a 5-minute walk of the hotel. The nearest train station is Chichester Railway Station, which is a short 5-minute taxi ride or 15-minute walk away.
