Part of the five-star Sheraton Grand Hotel, and overlooking Conference Square, the four-storey 34,000 sq. ft One Spa is connected to the hotel through an elevated glass walkway. A rooftop hydropool and 19-metre swimming pool go hand-in-hand with a thermal suite containing a hammam, bio sauna and aroma grotto. One Spa also offers a selection of ESPA treatments and a range of ayurvedic spa treatments.

Open from early in the morning until late, this is a place to enjoy local and seasonal produce in perfectly relaxed surroundings. From the well-stocked bar to the ever-popular tables overlooking Edinburgh Castle, One Square is somewhere to spend a leisurely afternoon, enjoy dinner or sit out on the terrace and sip a perfectly-poured G&T.

Monday to Friday: 06:30 - 22:00 Saturday and Sunday: 07:00 - 21.00
