Accommodation

The hotel has 100 bedrooms designed with contemporary Scottish decor and all the finishing touches you’d expect from a luxury four-star country house hotel.

Dining

Afternoon Tea is served in the conservatory on Spa Days. A wider variety is available in one of the two restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. No robes in the restaurants.

Opening Hours

If you are staying in the hotel, one of the lodges, or are a Health Club member, you have access to the facilities from 7am to 8pm.

Spa Day guests have access to our facilities from 10am to 6pm.

Children’s Hours - bring along the kids and enjoy time in the pool. Access is available from 9am to 12noon and 3pm to 6pm.

Travel & Parking

For those arriving by car, take the A9 toward Dunkeld from either Edinburgh or Glasgow. As you reach Dunkeld, follow the signs for Dunkeld House Hotel, located just minutes from the village.

If you’re travelling by train, Dunkeld & Birnam Station is nearby, with regular connections from Perth, Edinburgh, and Glasgow. From the station, it’s a short taxi ride to the hotel.

Accessibility

There is an easy access changing room and toilet.

One treatment room is accessible for a wheelchair user.

Depending on disability, the changing rooms and shower are wide, but no other designated areas are available.

The spa is accessible; no stairs are involved to enter the spa.
