Reservations may be cancelled by 12 noon 72 hours prior to arrival without charge. Any cancellations made after this time are subject to 100% fixed cancellation charge paid as compensation for loss suffered. This will be charged to the credit card provided at time of booking.
You must be over 16 years of age to use the Spa. Users aged 16 & 17 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while using the Spa. Spa treatments are only available to adults over the age of 18.
**Full pre-payment is required 72 hours prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. Failure to obtain payment will result in cancellation of your booking.**
