We reviewed Decléor Hand Cream (£16 for 50ml)
The hand cream arrived in a classic Decléor yellow tube. The tube itself is plain, with a list of ingredients on the back. The hand cream has light delicate floral notes – to remind you that spring may be just around the corner.
Both the hand cream and serum use delicious smelling essential oils. The hand cream key active ingredients include magnolia essential oil, shea butter (a great intensive nourishing moisturiser to soothe sore hands), allantoin (used to treat minor skin irritations) and white meadowfoam oil (a plant native to North America) - to regenerate the hydrolipid film.
Decléor doesn’t use animal testing or animal extracts in its products.
There is nothing worse than a hand cream so cloying you just want to wash it off. This light cream formulation is easily absorbed, but you can also see a difference straightaway. My skin had a healthy glow to it and my hands were left feeling soft and nourished.
In her infinite wisdom, my grandmother always told me to look after my hands as they are constantly on show! I always look out for great hand cream skincare and I believe I have found one in Decléor.
It has instant results, quality ingredients and felt really good to use.
At £16, I think the hand cream is well worth the money. It did a really good job of moisturising and protecting my skin, and has good quality, ethically-sourced ingredients.
I would most definitely buy the hand cream again – its light, easily absorbed and feels great for dry hands.
