They are the reason most of us visit a spa but with more and more treatments on spa menus these days – from the sublime to the signature - the choice can be a little overwhelming. Stylish Spy looks at some of the hero treatments around, and where to go to enjoy them.
 

Best for… a facelift without undergoing the knife
Natura Bisse’s High Definition Face Lift

Getting a decent knot-busting massage when you’re pregnant can be tricky but Gaia has created something quite beautiful. Mother Gaia is a gentle, relaxing scrub and massage, where knots are untied using gentle yet fragrant oils and skin smoothed via gentle exfoliation and rich creams. Tell your therapist which areas ache or feel tight and they will work their magic – gently.

Temple Spa’s Champagne and Deluxe treatments

Whether you want to make head’s turn at the Christmas party or look incredible for the celebration of a lifetime, the crème de la crème of facials will not disappoint. The includes a warm mask to iron out wrinkles, a lifting massage to tone skin, an iced blend to reduce puffiness and Temple Spa’s cult Skin Truffle moisturiser to smoothe.
