Forget choosing between hedonism and healing. Summer festivals are serving up headline sets from Carl Cox OBE, Fatboy Slim and Scissor Sisters alongside wood-fired saunas, ice baths, massage tents, breathwork, sound baths and yoga sessions.

Scarlet Spy rounds up the best spa and wellness festivals for 2026

Happy Place Festival, London and Cheshire
When: Old Deer Park, London, 11-12 July 2026; Tatton Park, Cheshire, 5-6 September 2026

Fearne Cotton's Happy Place Festival returns in 2026 with two locations: Old Deer Park in London and Tatton Park in Cheshire. Expect a feel-good mix of talks, yoga, craft, health, self-development, children's activities, bookish moments, expressive arts and calm corners designed to help visitors pause.

Davina McCall, Tom Reid-Wilson, Matt Haig, Lucas Jones (author of I still believe in miracles) and Donna Ashworth are all on the speakers' line-up.

Retreat to the Zen tepee for gong baths, guided meditation, breathwork and colour therapy.

Latitude, Henham Park, Suffolk
When: 23-26 July 2026

Located in sleepy Suffolk, multi-award-winning Latitude celebrates its 20th edition in 2026, bringing David Byrne, Teddy Swims and Lewis Capaldi alongside the festival's usual swirl of comedy, theatre, literature, dance, family fun and lakeside dips.

For spa lovers, the sweet spot is Mind, Body & Zen, run with The Zen Project. This wellbeing sanctuary is designed as a place to pause, reset and reconnect, with yoga, ceremonial workshops, ecstatic dance, drum journeys, soundscapes, breathwork, meditation and down-regulation sessions.

The Retreat is Latitude's spa and chillout area, offering holistic treatments, massage and pampering sessions. Festival-weary bodies can book deep tissue or sports massage, Ayurvedic yoga massage, Reiki, Indian head massage and more, then head to the sauna and ice bath experience in the Healing Trees for a spot of contrast therapy between sets.

Wilderness, Cornbury Park, Oxfordshire
When: 30 July-2 August 2026

Wilderness is back in Cornbury Park for 2026, with Scissor Sisters, Carl Cox, The Last Dinner Party, Soulwax, and a Groove Armada DJ set on the line-up. It’s earned its rep’ as the UK's most bougie festival: part hedonistic house party, part country retreat, part long lunch in a field.

The wellbeing programme is just as tempting as the main stage, featuring The Wandering Wild Sauna, MASAJ treatments, silent disco yoga, capoeira, cardio dance, breathwork, forest bathing, laughter yoga, movement for the nervous system, SUP yoga, Qi Gong, wild swimming and (our favourite) The Lakeside Spa.

We recommend you start with a big, communal release on the dance floor, followed by a soothing swim, sauna and treatment or a long lake-gazing pause.

Slomo Wellbeing Festival at Camp Bestival, Lulworth Castle, Dorset
When: 30 July-2 August 2026

Camp Bestival Dorset returns to Lulworth Castle with a big family-friendly 2026 line-up including Fatboy Slim & Friends, Example and De La Soul, along with Mr Tumble, Blippi and Mister Maker for the little ones.

The festival's 'At the Seaside' theme should keep the fancy dress crowd happy, while Slomo Wellbeing Festival offers a calmer space for spa-lovers and wellness seekers. Billed as a family wellbeing-focused festival-within-a-festival, Slomo is the place to drift when everyone needs a reset.

Expect yoga, breathwork, sound healing, movement, meditation, massage, saunas, ice baths and restorative rituals. Whether you're after a massage, a crystal-chakra rebalancing, or simply some meditative me time before diving back into the festival chaos, Slomo has you - and your unregulated nervous system - covered.

Wellness in the Wild, Rickinghall, Suffolk
When: 7-9 August 2026

Unplug in the Suffolk countryside at Wellness in the Wild, a relaxed, family-friendly festival built around nature, movement, music and community. It’s all about slowing down, trying something new and spending proper time with friends and family, without having to choose between wellness and a good weekend in a field.

Across three days, festivalgoers can dip into more than 150 experiences across ten areas, from yoga, meditation, gong baths and breathwork to trail runs, talks, live music, artisan stalls, street food and hands-on workshops. The Flow Tent covers vinyasa, hatha and ashtanga yoga, while the Movement Tent brings Pilates, barre and ecstatic dance into the mix.

When you’re done people-ing, make a beeline for the Therapy Field for reflexology, Reiki, shiatsu or holistic facials, or book a two-hour session at Woodland Spa, where you can sink into wood-fired hot tubs, sweat it out in the saunas, or kick back in the woodland spa bar. The Meditation Tent adds sound baths, mindfulness, breathwork and yoga nidra for anyone in need of a quieter kind of festival magic.

SpaFest at CarFest, Silverstone Circuit, Northamptonshire
When: 28-30 August 2026

CarFest moves to Silverstone Circuit in 2026, bringing cars, music, food, family fun and fundraising to one big weekend. The line-up includes Rick Astley, Sugababes, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, The Proclaimers, Switch Disco, Gok Wan, Rob Brydon and Richard Hammond.

SpaFest is bigger than ever this year, with distinct zones designed to help visitors get their wellbeing fix. The Inspiration Hub hosts candid talks from people who have lived through, and rebuilt, their own wellbeing, including Eva Humphries, Jason Graystone and Mitch Hutchcraft. On the SpaFest Stage, leading experts and practitioners including Dr Rangan Chatterjee, Dr Federica Amati, Sally Gunnell OBE and The Happy Pear share ideas on physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

For something quieter, The Oasis offers mindful creative workshops, while The Studio is a calm space for movement, yoga and mindful practice led by names including Mr Motivator and Kate Rowe-Ham. There’s also The Kids Canopy, introducing children to wellness through play, movement and mindful crafts, and the Soul Stretch Spa for deep tissue massage, reflexology and Roxiva Light & Sound Therapy.

The Big Retreat, Cambridgeshire
When: 11-13 September 2026

A late-summer, grown-up wellness escape, The Big Retreat brings its feel-good formula to Abbots Ripton Estate in Cambridgeshire with live music, movement, food, talks and more than 300 curated sessions designed to help guests reset before the darker months arrive.

Highlights for 2026 include wild swimming, gong baths, sound healing and deep rest sessions, alongside daily yoga, fitness, craft, talks and workshops. Food gets proper billing too, with chef demos, tastings, fire cooking and hands-on sessions, while optional upgrades add hot tubs, wood-fired saunas, massage and feasting experiences.
