Sunset over Hotel Verta

The anticipation is bubbling like an overflowing Jacuzzi filled with champagne here at GSG HQ as Kate and Will's big day approaches. We're all keen to ensure we celebrate in style, and we simply had to share our plans with you!

After overspending on a ginormous hat for the occasion, Sassy Spy is on a budget. However, Moddershall Oaks is offering a truly unbelievable Royal package. Relax in the spa and watch the wedding in splendour fit for a queen-to-be, all for just £40 a head! She's also considering watching the wedding in the cinema at Grayshott Spa, Surrey, where you can combine this with a day in the spa, from just £85.

As I am resident fashionista, I want the most exclusive ticket in town. What better way to celebrate than to immerse myself in a full day of spa joy at the brand new spa at Four Seasons, Park Lane? I intend to luxuriate, indulge, pamper and cosset myself in their exclusive Sky Suite. Not only are the treatments sublime, but the panoramic view of the Capital means you can spot the Royal procession from the comfort of your treatment room. Surely it doesn't get much better than that?

Shy Spy wants to get a little closer to the action. Spa Verta's pamper and picnic package gives you use of their wonderful facilities, a picnic lunch to take out with you, and a refreshing leg treatment upon your return to relax and revive your tired tootsies after all that revelry. For £510 per person you'll get a couple of nights' accommodation and champagne in your room. Blissful!

Hoar Cross Hall

Looking for somewhere suitably stately for the occasion, Single Spy is heading to Hoar Cross Hall in Staffordshire. After wishing the newly-weds luck, she'll be spending her afternoon in the spa, followed by a gala dinner in the grand ballroom.

Rather than dashing off to a spa, Sybaritic Spy is choosing to stay at home. She won't be missing out though, as Mr Sybaritic Spy has promised her a gentle leg massage using Neal's Yard's Royal Romance massage oil whilst they watch the nuptials – lucky her! Although she is a little jealous of anyone heading to Vale Resort near Cardiff for their right royal spa break...

Spy Likes:

Instant results; jasmine and frangipani scents; hot steam rooms; a good selection of magazines; modernist decor.

Spy Dislikes:

Whale noises (on CD, not in the pool hopefully); hard massage beds; tiny toilet cubicles; being spoken to like a child; lukewarm pools.
