As it's World Book Day today, we thought we'd share what the Good Spa Spies have been reading...

Sassy Spy is reading Honestly Healthy by Natasha Corrett and Vicki Edgson. This vegetarian cookbook uses the alkaline diet to boost your immune system, increase energy levels and focus your mind through healthy eating. If you're interested in healthy eating, try the Grayshott Programme at Grayshott Spa -- a unique health retreat that offers a results-driven, sustainable way to restore optimum health.

Bulgari Hotel and Residences, London

Sociable Spy loves hosting parties as much as she loves attending them, which is why she is reading World's Best Cocktails: 500 Couture Cocktails from the World's Best Bars and Bartenders by Tom Sandham. From the Gin Sling and The Cosmopolitan to the more elaborate mixes of Hot Rum & Jerry and Fo Swizzle My Nizzle, this book is perfect for beginners, and the more advanced. However, if you'd prefer a professional mixing your cocktails, then Il Bar at Bulgari Hotel and Residences will cater to all your cocktail needs!

Four Seasons Seychelles

Single Spy is currently living it up and kicking back on a beach at the Four Seasons Seychelles reading Life of Pi by Yann Martel. This novel, now an Oscar-winning film, is about a boy who, after a storm, finds himself stranded on a lifeboat in the middle of the Pacific with a hyena, a zebra, a monkey and a tiger called Richard. Single Spy's fellow guests are likely to be a little less exotic, but we're sure the spa is pretty dreamy. If you can't  drift off to the Four Seasons Seychelles, then how about the Four Seasons Hampshire instead?

Scarlet Spa, Cornwall

Shy Spy is reading The Iconic Interior by Dominic Bradbury. If classic modern design is what you're after in your spa décor, the sleek lines and feature furniture make the Scarlet Spa perfect for you. This unique spa offers the ultimate in eco-chic, so you can spa in style without worrying about your green credentials.

Sybaritic Spy is reading Sex and The City by Candace Bushnell. If you fancy a glamorous day out with your best girl pals, à la Carrie Bradshaw, head to the ultra-exclusive KX Spa in London and treat yourself to a treatment from one of their world-renowned therapists.

Vale Resort

Suave Spy is reading My Grand Slam Year by Gavin Henson, who scored the 50 yard goal which knocked England out of the 2005 Six Nations Cup. The 2013 Six Nations Cup is happening this weekend, so if rugby is your sport of choice, visit the Vale Resort in Wales -- you might be able to spot the Welsh Rugby team training there!

Student Spy has opted for the local classic Brighton Rock by Graham Greene, a novel about the dark underworld of Brighton. Rather than worrying about the troubles of the 1930s, how about relaxing in contemporary Brighton with an amazing Eve Lom facial at The Treatment rooms?

If you want to relax at a spa and discover a literary classic, then Lucknam Park's library will ensure you can drift away into any world of your choosing...

Happy World Book Day!
