Here at Good Spa Guide HQ, we love a little celeb spotting. Single Spy sat opposite Ewan McGregor on the tube last week, and Sassy Spy can barely leave the house without bumping into the likes of Nick Cave, Katie Price or David Gest. It seems our lovely town of Brighton is awash with the glitterati!

For your chance to relax next to a supermodel, or get fizzing in the Jacuzzi alongside an A-lister, the Good Spa Spies have hunted out some of the spas most frequented by the rich and famous.

The England football team, along with Russell Brand, Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell, simply can't get enough of the luxury of Champneys in Tring, Hertfordshire. This fantastically glamorous slice of heaven has a great range of facials, massages and treatments -- and their very own helipad!

Rookery Hall in Nantwich is now (and, no doubt, forever shall be) synonymous with the Beckhams. The location of both David's proposal and their engagement party, this spa is one of their favourites. We can see why; we gave it 5 bubbles.

Elemis is one of the most admired spa product ranges around, and their luxury flagship day spa in Mayfair is very popular with all who are hot-right-now, as well as established A-list luvvies. The likes of Gwyneth Paltrow, Natalie Imbruglia, Zoë Ball and Tamzin Outhwaite have all been spotted at the gates of Elemis heaven. The Good Spa Guide loves Elemis, too.

Stoke Park Spa in Stoke Poges is stylish, grand and the pool is family-friendly; that's one reason why yummy mummies Claudia Schiffer and Tess Daly like it so much. Hugh Grant and Renée Zellweger have also been seen at Stoke Park, which is not surprising -- it was the set of their characters' mini-break in the movie Bridget Jones.  But they were so impressed that they came back after filming -- proving just how wonderful Stoke Park Spa is!
