Learn the basic Nordic Walking techniques or take your current skills to the next level.

The Ragdale Running Break for Beginners is the perfect introduction to running, whether you've made a tentative start or haven't got beyond thinking about it. You might want to run for fun, for your health - or maybe you've got your eye on working up to a 5 or 10k (or even a half or full marathon!). Learn the basics of running and enjoy a 1-1 technique session with Michelle.
