As we experience a rise in temperatures here in the UK, the ever-glamorous Berkeley Hotel in Knightsbridge, London, is offering a fabulous opportunity for all fashionistas to relax under the stars. Experience some pure pampering and fashion-film frolics every Friday until the end of August.

The Berkeley is turning its roof terrace into an outdoor cinema with a range of fashion-insider documentaries for you to choose from, including Le Jour D'Avant featuring Jean Paul Gaultier and Karl Lagerfeld, The September Issue, Mark Jacobs & Louis Vuitton and Valentino: The Last Emperor.

The Berkeley staff will be on hand serving classic film fodder in the form of mini ice-cream cones and home-made popcorn, and less traditional but ultimately indulgent martinis and other cocktails courtesy of their world-famous Blue Bar. Whilst you relax and take in the ambience of the starry skies and swaying palms, a team of therapists will provide manicures featuring a wide choice of Chanel Les Pop-Up nail varnish.

This deliciously indulgent al fresco event starts at £485 plus VAT -- price includes an overnight stay and is based on double occupancy. Or you could treat yourself with a more affordable £85, which grants entry to the roof terrace between 10pm and midnight, two Blue Bar cocktails per person, and a mini manicure.

Instant results; jasmine and frangipani scents; hot steam rooms; a good selection of magazines; modernist decor.

Spy Dislikes:

Whale noises (on CD, not in the pool hopefully); hard massage beds; tiny toilet cubicles; being spoken to like a child; lukewarm pools.
