Getting a good night's sleep is imperative for your physical and mental well-being, and it's something we strongly advocate here at the Good Spa Guide. (Not that we ever drop off at our desks, of course, but we have been known to drift to the Land of Nod during a good treatment...) Sleep helps you feel refreshed and ready to face the day.

However, not everyone slips into a serene slumber night after night. If you struggle with insomnia or other short- or long-term sleep problems, we may have found a solution.

Grayshott Spa are running a specialist sleep weekend in conjunction with London Sleep Centre THIS WEEKEND (15 - 17 October 2010). You'll have to move quickly if you want to take advantage of the wealth of sleep expertise in the luxurious setting of the glorious Grayshott Spa.

The long weekend involves a thorough assessment, diagnosis, advice on different techniques to combat sleep problems, nutrition and fitness analysis, as well as supportive spa treatments to aid relaxation.

Prices start from £795 per person for three nights all-inclusive.
